Logistica Nord

Logistica NORD is a project of ECOSYST Bulgaria Ltd.

The project is for a logistics centre with warehouses and administrative offices on the area of 12 000 sq. m.,(4 plots with an approximate areas of 3000 sq. m. each) situated in the northern industrial area of Plovdiv. The place of the project is close to the Steam Power plant – “North”, “NEC” JSC. and the “Duty Free Zone” – Plovdiv. All the necessary utility and communication infrastructures are present. The logistics centre is in a close proximity to “Trakia” Highway, and has easy acces to all banking and administrative institutions in the central area of Plovdiv.
